Terms of service

1. Agreement. These Terms govern your use of getknoc.in (the "Site") and purchases from MARV Consumer LLP, GSTIN 36ACIFM4255B1ZE ("KNOC", "we"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require signatures.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Site only through a parent or guardian.
3. Products and health disclaimer. KNOC products are food products, not medicines or supplements intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is general and educational. If you have diabetes or any medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet. Individual results, including blood glucose response, vary. Erythritol, an ingredient in our sweetener, may cause digestive discomfort in some people when consumed in large amounts. Refer to the label on the product for ingredients, nutrition information and usage details. The label prevails over any description on the Site.
4. Product information. We try to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but colours, packaging and content may vary. Images are for illustration. We do not warrant that content is error-free.
5. Pricing and taxes. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are MRP inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies. In case of a manifest pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders and contract. Displaying a product is an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order (usually by order confirmation email) after payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, unserviceable locations, suspected fraud or any legal reason, with a full refund of amounts paid.
7. Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay through UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Payment details are handled by the payment provider under its own terms and security standards. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We are not liable for failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping, returns and refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
9. Acceptable use. You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its security or operation; use bots, scrapers or automated tools without our written consent; submit false information; or infringe anyone's rights.
10. Intellectual property. KNOC, "Knowledge and Consciousness", the logo, packaging, designs, text, images and Site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected under applicable law, including trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Reviews and user content. If you submit reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with our business. You confirm it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe any rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Third-party services and links. The Site relies on third-party services (Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket) and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
13. Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or loss of profit arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law, including liability for defective goods or deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or for fraud.
15. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16. Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government orders, strikes, telecom or internet failures, or logistics disruption.
17. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise complaints with us first (see clause 19). Subject to the next sentence, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit your right as a consumer to file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
18. General. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms with our policies are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site. We may update them by posting the revised version here; continued use means acceptance. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
