KNOC Monk Fruit Sweetener is made of erythritol and 100% monk fruit extract. That's the whole label.
- Monk fruit extract (mogroside V) brings the sweetness. It is far sweeter than sugar, so only a little is needed.
- Erythritol gives the body and texture of sugar, so one tablespoon of KNOC measures like one tablespoon of sugar.
